Craig Hostland P. Eng. AHI MBA, AHERA, CIEC, PhD Principal of Inspect IT is responsible for the delivery and overall coordination of Projects. He is a Registered Professional Engineer, a Registered Home Inspector, and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Queens University, and is a certified as an indoor air quality specialist by IAQA and AHERA with a certificate in Radon testing.
Craig has been directly involved in designing, building, project managing, and inspecting commercial/ industrial/ residential buildings for over 40 years. Craig’s background includes: Senior Project Manager and Chief Estimator for PCL Constructors; Senior Partner, Special Projects, with FSC Group – an International Architectural, Engineering, and Project Delivery Firm; and Past President of the NWT Assn. of Professional Engineers and Past Director of the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers (the National Body). Craig’s expertise entends to the assessment of indoor environments and building hazard assessment with a PhD in environmental Engineering.
