Our expertise allows us to also focus on building envelope and structure issues, building condition reporting, capital expenditure and operations budgeting assessment, depreciation reporting, Energy and Net Zero residential design and project management services.
Inspect IT ™ is not associated with any contractor, subcontractor, or supplier. As such, we provide third party impartial assessments and unfettered Professional advice to our Clientele.
Inspect IT ™ Personnel have conducted in excess of 28,000 commercial, motel/ apartment/ condo strata, industrial, residential, and institutional building inspection and investigation services and formal reporting for the benefits of client, banks, municipalities, and insurance firms since 1996. We are located in the Okanagan-Similkameen, with our head office situated in Kelowna; and actively conduct building assessment throughout BC and Alberta including the various municipalities in the lower mainland.
